Water Plus

What to do when exercise is not heavy? Do you still need sports drinks?

The answer largely depends on the amount of sweating in the body. Sports medicine experts say that for those who have exercised for less than an hour, consuming carbohydrate and electrolyte drinks is not much different from regular water. People who exercise for 1.5 hours in cool (low sweating) air should get more water and fluids than electrolytes.

These days we hear the name alkaline Water Plus or calcium and magnesium plus Water. Most professional athletes and sports coaches recommend drinking this water for all athletes, both amateur and professional.

During anaerobic exercise, lactic acid accumulates in the muscles and causes fatigue and muscle pain. Alkaline water, in addition to providing calcium salts, causes the excretion of lactic acid and increases muscle strength. Today, alkaline water is the best sports drink for athletes and the only perfectly authorized and healthy doping.

Drinking water before exercise is also one of the most important things to consider. Do this by drinking Water Plus.

Typically, professional athletes need for alkaline Water Plus is about 2.5 liters per day.

If you want to lose weight, do not drink sports drinks.

If you exercise to lose weight, then your goal is not to gain extra calories. Sports drinks contain high amounts of sugar. The caloric content of drinks varies, but on average each drink has about 50 calories. This is equivalent to 3 tablespoons of sugar in a glass of water.

So if the goal of exercise is to lose weight, water is a better option.

If you are not very interested in drinking water and you can not force yourself to drink water, you can flavor it with any flavor you like.
