These Emulsions are prepared for the convenience of the manufacturers and contain color, taste and turbidity to produce an ideal beverage. By using this kind of Emulsion, there is practically no need to use excess color and flavoring separately.

Application of Fruit Emulsions (Flavored Color Emulsions)
One of the important points about the production of beverages is that many flavors and essential oils due to their oily nature cannot be used in beverage formulations. Therefore, with the help of Emulsification Technique, flavors are presented in the form of Flavored Emulsions, for ease of consumption in beverages.
One of the advantages of this Emulsion, despite of flavoring the product, is its use as a cloudifier. It should be noted that the Flavored Emulsion cannot be used for Clear Ceverage, because it gives the Beverage a full and cloudy appearance and there is practically no need to use excess cloudifier.

Application of Flavored Emulsions
This group of emulsions is used to create an attractive color and appearance in the beverage. To produce these emulsions, natural oil-soluble colors such as Beta-Carotene, Apo-Carotene, Aaprika, etc., and artificial food colors such as Sunset Yellow, Carmosine, Quinoline, etc. are used.
