Quality Control

Ensuring the high quality of products, regarding the healthiness and food safety, from production to transportation, storage and consumption by customers is one of our main goals in Babolab food industry. Therefore one of the most influential and important units involved in this regard is our Quality Control unit.

In order to achieve this important goal, the QC unit included many processes in its plans to optimize and monitor the performance of the entire organization on a regular basis. These measures include the following:

Implement and enforce the principles and criteria for quality testing of input raw materials

Permanent control and monitoring of processing and producing machines and devices

Close monitoring from packing, loading equipment and processes of manufactured products to the transfer and transportation of them

Monitoring products up to consumption and answering possible questions and problems

In order to organize and systematize these optimizations and better quality control, we have tried to take steps under the supervision of a series of domestic and international quality standards and always act in accordance with the latest and most up-to-date control methods.

What we have done in this regard has been to obtain quality standard certifications from the largest regulatory and executive authorities:

HACCP

HACCP or Critical Point Control Risk Analysis is a process control system that identifies hazards. In the food production process, it may reduce the measures needed to prevent hazards at any stage of the process

ISO 9001

The ISO 9001 standard is called the quality management system standard, which means this standard seeks to create a system that manages quality throughout the organization.

As you know, the meaning of management is planning, control, guidance and supervision, and in ISO 9001, these actions are to be done with a quality approach.

ISO 14000

ISO 1400, as an effective and active element in the management system, improves the environmental performance of the organization, integrates and standardizes the management system, coordinates the implementation and management of affairs, acquaints managers with problem-solving methods and specifies existing structural barriers

ISO 22000

The ISO 22000 standard is called the Food Safety Management System Standard and is for organizations operating in the food chain.
